Youth

Self Defense - This course focuses on Defense through movement, redirection of force and opponent control. Introduces children to agility, balance, coordination and fear innoculation drills which develop skills for sports, self-defense, and general movement.

Adult

Adult Fitness and Conditioning - This course is based on Muay Thai training and focuses on cardio, flexibility, core strength, and endurance.
Self Defense - This course focuses on learning the seven elements needed to bring self-defense training to something approaching "complete." Focuses on Defense through movement, redirection of force and opponent control. Introduces adults to agility, balance, coordination and fear innoculation drills which develop skills for sports, self-defense, and general movement.
Firearm Safety around Children - This course teaches safe operation and handling of a firearm, especially when children are present in the home. Legal responsibilities of the firearm owner and safe methods of introducing children to a firearm.

Handgun Safety Certification - The state of California requires you to obtain a Handgun Safety Certificate (HSC) before you can purchase a handgun. In order to obtain an HSC , you must pass a written test and demonstration of handgun safety.
